1. Donations
All donations made to SGW Foundation are considered final and non-refundable, unless a donation was made in error.
Refunds for Donations
If you believe that a donation was made by mistake or was unauthorized, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and process a refund if it meets the criteria.

2. Merchandise

Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds for Merchandise

3. Event Registrations
If you register for a paid event, workshop, or campaign:
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another participant.
