Rural & Urban Sanitation
Rapid-response COVID relief, hygiene-kit drives and sustainable community cleanliness programs in panchayats and municipal wards.
Overview: During the pandemic we distributed masks, sanitizers and protective kits, and ran door-to-door awareness sessions. Post-pandemic, we shifted to long-term sanitation — waste segregation training, community cleaning drives and local volunteer squads that maintain cleanliness routines.
Key activities:
- Mass distribution of PPE, sanitizers and hygiene kits during emergencies.
- Community workshops on waste management, composting and safe disposal.
- Training local volunteers to run monthly cleanliness drives and monitoring.
Women Healthcare & Wellness
Regular health camps, menstrual-hygiene sessions, nutrition counselling and mobile clinics to reach women in remote communities.
We prioritize women’s health by providing accessible check-ups, counselling on maternal and reproductive health, and awareness sessions on menstrual hygiene. Our mobile health teams run periodic camps in remote hamlets and partner with local clinics for referrals and follow-up care.
- Targeted awareness drives for adolescents and mothers.
- Distribution of hygiene kits and sanitary products where needed.
- Nutrition & family-planning counselling, plus referrals for specialized care.
Environmental Resilience
Climate-awareness workshops, school programs and community planning for pollution control & resource conservation.
We build local resilience through education and hands-on projects. From school environmental clubs to community planning sessions, we equip citizens with practical skills to reduce waste, conserve water, and adapt to climate impacts.
- Student-led green clubs and competitions.
- Local pollution audits and action plans.
- Training in resource-efficient farming and water conservation.
Tree Plantation Drive
Mass plantation across schools, villages and urban land — over 1.79 lakh saplings planted with post-plantation care.
Our plantation program pairs communities with experts: site selection, sapling selection, volunteer drives and a strict post-plantation monitoring schedule increase survival rates. We also run tree-care workshops and involve schools to foster ownership.
- Community & school participation for long-term stewardship.
- Species selection for local ecology & survival.
- Regular follow-ups and maintenance camps.
Domestic Violence Support
Confidential counselling, legal support and shelter coordination — 109 cases supported across the UT with safety-first approach.
We provide immediate safety planning, confidential counselling, legal referrals and help with shelter placement. Our team liaises with local authorities and legal aid to ensure survivors receive necessary protection and assistance.
- Confidential counselling and psychosocial support.
- Coordination with police, shelters and legal aid.
- Community awareness to reduce stigma and improve reporting.
Civil Services Preparation
Mentorship, guest lectures by serving officers, mock tests and focused workshops for aspirants without access to coaching.
We run a low-cost mentorship pipeline: live guest sessions from serving officers, focused workshops on optional subjects, and regular mock tests with feedback. The program is tailored for students from resource-constrained backgrounds.
- Guest lectures & strategy sessions.
- Mock tests with performance reviews.
- Scholarship & resource support where possible.
Govt. Schemes Dissemination
Community camps & volunteer-led help desks to guide eligible families through scheme registration and entitlements.
We identify underserved areas, run information camps and help with applications so that eligible families actually receive benefits. Volunteers assist with form filling, documentation and follow-ups with government offices.
- On-ground awareness camps and pamphlets.
- Assisted application support by trained volunteers.
- Follow-up & entitlement verification.
Social Awareness & Online Engagement
WhatsApp groups, webinars and virtual competitions that keep communities informed and youth engaged.
We use moderated WhatsApp groups, regular webinars and online competitions to quickly spread awareness, share learning materials and keep volunteers coordinated. These channels also help us mobilize rapid responses when needed.
- Moderated community WhatsApp groups.
- Online guest lectures & recorded resources.
- Virtual contests to encourage student participation.
