SGWF is active across health and hygiene, women and child welfare, livelihood generation, environmental conservation, climate change awareness, education, skill development, medicinal plant conservation, and community empowerment.

Students pursuing Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Professional, or Doctoral programmes from any recognized institution, across disciplines such as Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Nursing, Education, Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, Rural Development, Management, Law, Journalism, IT, and related fields.

This is a learning and capacity-building opportunity. No stipend, TA/DA, or accommodation is provided unless approved under a specific project — interns cover their own travel and stay.

Note: A minimum of 80% attendance and a final project report are required. The Internship Completion Certificate is issued only after successful completion and submission of the report.
